Bamenda also known as Abakwa, is located in the North Western Cameroon and the capital of the North West Region. This city has an estimated 800000 inhabitants and is situated 366km of the Cameroonian capital Yaoundé. Known for its cool climate and scenic hilly location, Bamenda is all about a people whose commitment to self reliance sets the pace in individual and collective progress.

Bamenda, with prescripts and handicraft shops displays specimens of fine handcraft works. Bamenda has cultural sites such as the Bafut and Mankon palaces with newly constructed Museums, the Bali Fon’s palace with ancient architectural structures, the Afo Akom of the Liakom population and tea plantations. The mountainous terrain around the city affords scenic views such as that from Sabga hill over the Ndop plain, some 15km from the city.

Community libraries, youth cultural centers, sports academy, museums, handicraft centers, royal palaces, ancient architectural structures, make for a very friendly and academic center/atmosphere.

       We are located in the North West region of Cameroon some 5 hours drive from the economic capital Douala. The sarboga botanic garden is some 30 minutes drive from our house and the Bafut palace as well. Our house is a large field type with heating alternative and conventional. We have rooms with private bathrooms, hot water, delicious breakfast meals with jams and cheese. The location of the house offers a quiet and good landscape orientation for your stay and weekend rides.

      A family of four made of father, mother, and two children with objective of enjoying a nice and peaceful stay together. We can accommodate two doubles and one single in two separate rooms, each with their own style. We make friend every year all over the world and we look forward to welcome more friends in the coming month and look forward in meeting you.
